I would highly recommend going to Excel Physio Therapy. I was referred to and have been seeing Pryia for Pelvic Floor Physio Therapy for just about 2 years now. Pryia is bound and determined to help reduce my pain, swelling and other symptoms.She never gives up!!Pryia is very empathetic, professional and very knowledgeable and just wants to help and get you back on your feet.Excellent clinic with amazing and very friendly staff and also following excellent Covid Rules to keep everyone safe. Priya is excellent - very knowledgeable. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and helpful. Their prices are quite reasonable and I had a great experience going there for physio. It's tough to find a physiotherapist as knowledgeable as Priya.

Excel Physiotherapy is a wonderful office to go if you are suffering with neck and back pain. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and truly care. They make it top priority to ensure your road to recovery and go out of their way to make their clients feel safe and happy. The establishment is very clean and offers private rooms if you require not just curtains like many others. They have even accommodated my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend.

I went for pelvic floor physiotherapy to Mohana PRiya. She is very empathetic and knowledgeable therapist. She helped me a lot with my issue. I am definitely going back there for my other issues. Highly recommended.

Moorthy helped me fully overcome recurrent back, hip, and calves problems about three years ago, and went back to him for the last couple of months for treatment of a troublesome knee injury, which went great again. I injured a nerve over a year ago while skiing. I went to multiple physicians, neurologists and therapists trying to find relief from the incredible nerve pain, fasciculations and weakness of my pelvic floor.I am a small business owner and was very frustrated at being unable to work or workout without painful flares that would last for hours or days. Running and sitting were also very painful as my tight pelvic floor would not loosen up.Priya at Excel was amazing. She takes the time to listen to you and tailors a plan unique to you. She has an incredible knowledge of the pelvic floor. I felt relief from the very first treatment and things only got better from there. The exercises that she gives you are very effective. In a matter of weeks, I was up to running seven kilometres with no pain and able to lift my grandchildren with no painful flares. My energy level is way up as the nerve pain has totally disappeared. I had intermittent pain and weakness in my wrist for a year before trying physiotherapy. Priya worked with me for 6 weeks and I am happy to report that I have regained previous functionality. She uses a variety of techniques, including TENS stimulation, acupuncture, paraffin wax and strength training. Be warned: you have to be diligent about completing your exercises at home to obtain maximum benefit.

Excel changed my life. I was suffering with daily pelvic pain which I thought was caused by my endometriosis. After 2 pelvic floor physio treatrments by Priya, my pain was almost gone. I was almost 8 months pregnant and suffering from terrible groin pain. It was so bad it was reducing my ability to walk or really do anything. I noticed a dramatic difference after only one treatment with Priya. I have been seeing her twice a week since and I have my mobility back. The pain has been reduced to where I hardly notice it anymore. As I get closer to my delivery, I am so thankful for the relief I've received from the treatments.Staff at this clinic are very friendly and accommodating.
